Equal 280 Routine Valve Maintenance Lubricant
Equal 280 Lubricant is a special routine valve maintenance lubricant that was designed for pipeline valves such as Plug, Ball and Gate Valves. Equal 280 was designed with the focus to: 1. Reduces Operating Torque which allows the valve to operate easily. 2. Keeps contaminates such as trash from entering the seat sealing area. 3. Prevents galling on mated metal seating surfaces. Equal 280 is recommended for natural gas, aliphatic hydrocarbons, crude distillates, crude oil, diesel fuel, hydrocarbon liquids, kerosene, LPG and inhibited for H2S and CO2. Keep your valve operating smoothly and sealing with Equal 280.
Low Torque Plug Valve Lubricant
Specially designed for TE & LT Manifold Plug Valves. Prevents unwanted material from scraping and grinding the plug valve sealing surfaces. Delivers a true 100% bubble-tight seal.
Valtex 80-HM Lube/Sealant
This biodegradable lube sealant is developed to have resistance to mineral oils, light hydrocarbons, LPG's and most aromatics. It is also water resistant. Its heavy viscosity makes it an excellent performer with high differential pressures across the valve.

Sealweld Emergency Valve Sealant
Sealweld Ball Valve Sealant #5050 provides an insoluble film of lubricant to protect seal faces and reduce torque requirements. Specially processed particles of PTFE will seal scratches to sealing surfaces up to 0.030". Will not harden or plug off conventional giant buttonhead sealant injection fittings. #5050 is ideal for use in natural gas, water, oil, and related by-products. Use in ball, gate and plug valves, orifice fittings, valve stems and seat seals with minor to severe leakage problems. Use at refineries, wellheads, pump or compressor stations and in gas distribution systems. Suitable for crude oil, sour gas, CO2, water/ brine solutions, and refined petroleum product pipelines.
