Valve
CD Services has complete troubleshooting, repair and new valve installation services division. We have an in-house hydro test stand capable of testing up to 16” valves with test pressures up to 6000psig and can repair and test valves up to 42” ANSI 2500 with conventional methods. Our service technicians work on valves and operators from the 1920’s to current day and can machine parts if needed to get your valve back in operation.
Actuation
CD Services is 2nd to none on actuation trouble shooting, repair and replacements. As a distributor for ATI actuation, we can retrofit new units to replace everything from obsolete limitorque actuators, Gast air motor units, geared linear actuators to scotch yoke, rack and pinion, or gear operators. We can make any receiver or coupling to fit your existing valve, then let our experienced field staff come install it for you and create a new control panel specific to your needs. To better serve our customers, we keep replacement parts to all our high and low-pressure control panels in stock at our Bossier City Location.
